COMPONENT TO VGA VIDEO TRANSCODER

GARO is a multi purpose, universal component video converter for your favorite consoles. It takes Component (YPbPr) video signal, and outputs VGA (RGBHV) video without compromising video quality. It's a 1:1 transcoder, not an upscaler, so it outputs what it's fed, from 480p to 1080p. It's designed for the consoles with component video output capability like the original XBOX, XBOX360, PS2, PS3, GC and WII. So you can now play these consoles on your VGA monitor or TV.

INPUTS:

YPbPr  Component Video RCA

OUTPUTS:

RGBHV VGA

FEATURES:

Supports 480p, 576p, 720p, 1080i, and 1080p video input

Resolutions up to UXGA (1600 x 1200 @ 75 Hz)

Auto video format detection, for both SD and HD video

An AC adapter (DC 9-12v), 1A, with a central positive, barrel negative, 5.5mm  x 2.1mm plug is required (not included in the package) .

*Although 480i/576i component video is supported by the GARO, most PC displays / monitors may not handle it. Typically, only 480p, 576p, 720p, and 1080i/1080p are within the displayable range of these monitors.
