Refurbished items are customer returns. They might be unwanted gifts or products where customers have simply changed their mind. Products advertised as "refurbished" are products that have been returned to ZedLabz, they are tested and then sold as refurbished at a reduced price.
Refurbished products may minor cosmetic marks and may not come in original retail packaging.
All items are tested and reset where required, the full 2 year ZedLabz warranty still applies to all ZedLabz refurbished items.
