Description:
Restore an old console or mod it to match your personality, with these Game Boy Advance SP button replacements.
PLEASE NOTE: The included volume slider button is only compatible with AGS-101 models of GBA SP, this is because the plastic slider button is removable on this model only, it is NOT removable on the AGS-001 models, please do not force it off.
These brand new replacement buttons can be installed into any Game Boy Advance SP original or third party housing, they are not compatible with the regular Advance.
All buttons are supplied on the runner (plastic frame) from the mold, and will need to be snapped out of the runner at the gate point (the thinnest part that is attaching the button to the frame, you can carefully cut these off but take care not to cut off part of the actual button, you can also use cutters to trim off any flash once you have snapped the buttons out of the frame.
The L R shoulder trigger buttons are made of nylon for enhanced strength, the rest of the buttons are made from ABS plastic.
Care should be taken when replacing the triggers to avoid losing the tiny springs which are mounted to metal pins inside your console, ideally work on a tray or clear area to avoid losing them, third party replacement springs and pins are available to purchase should you lose one.
Fitting requires you to open and dissemble parts of your handheld console to install the buttons, a tri wing screwdriver is required to open the console (not included)
